MARGenomics supports researchers during along all the processes of a biomedical research project experimental processes, from experimental design and samples processing to data analysis and results interpretation. The services offered include nucleic acids extraction, Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), Microarray processing, quantitative PCR (qPCR), and quality assessment for DNA and RNA samples. Also bioinformatician and statistician analysis are performed in an integrative manner.
The staff has experience working with complex samples such as low input or degraded samples, like FFPE samples.
MARGenomics consists of four different units, which work in a coordinated manner to support researchers and clinicians during the investigation process.
